The electronic processing of warranty claims offers many advantages over traditional paper based methods; tracking claims from start to finish electronically not only makes the process visible at all stages, to all parties, but removes the slow and error-prone manual processes associated with paper based methods.

From May 2012 FPS, in conjunction with our main suppliers, will be introducing the eWarranty process. Key benefits of eWarranty include:

How does the service work?

Claims are submitted online through the F:Drive website using an online claim form.
Once submitted the claim is visible to FPS, suppliers and the customer. From here the claim can be followed through each step of the warranty process, additional information can be added and real time notifications are sent.

Gates Labour claims

Working in partnership with Gates, FPS has developed an electronic warranty system to streamline the warranty process for Gates labour claims.

Claims are submitted online through the F:Drive website using an online claim form. Once submitted the claim is visible to FPS, Gates and you the customer. From here the claim can be followed through each step of the warranty process, additional information can be added and real time notifications are sent.
